Instructions for Submitting Transcripts, Other Aid Awards, Etc.:

When submitting your transcripts, additional aid awards, or any other required documents to NST, it's important to follow these guidelines to ensure a smooth and efficient processing of your materials:

  • Include Your Name: Clearly state your full name in the email body or subject line for easy identification.
  • Mention the Scholarship Awarded: Specify the name of the NST scholarship you have been awarded. This helps us to quickly associate your documents with the correct scholarship fund.
  • List the Documents Attached: In your email, list the documents you are attaching. This could include transcripts, letters confirming other aid awards, etc.
  • Status of Pending Documents: If there are any pending documents that are yet to be sent, please mention them in your email. Include an estimated timeline of when we can expect to receive these remaining documents.
  • Email Address for Submissions: Send all documents to docs@nationalscholarship.org. Please ensure that the email is sent from a reliable account that you regularly check in case we need to reach you for further information.

By following these instructions, you can help us in promptly updating your scholarship file and processing any necessary disbursements or acknowledgments. Thank you for your attention to these details, as they are crucial in maintaining the efficiency and accuracy of our scholarship administration.
